Hens losing feathers around bottom.

Hello, I have 9 hens and 2 of them have lost feathers around their bottom. The area doesn't look irritated and doesn't look like pictures I've seen of fungal, or mite infections. These 2 hens have been sitting on their eggs most of the time. Can someone tell me of this is normal please. Thank you all

Looks like the baldest one is being plucked. Perhaps while she's sitting.
The other one is being plucked a little as well, give her a cleanup.
Apply NuStock cream to both of them to hopefully help deter picking.

Are they sitting on fertile eggs?

Thank you, sorry for the late reply, yes they have both been sitting on eggs most of the day.
