Hens NEVER laying. Over a y/o. HELP!!

I know they aren't laying because I basically live outside with my chickens and i know where the go all the time. The pant all the time.

I got some hens once took them at least 2 1/2 months to start laying at my house and they were laying where I got them. Weird huh. also it is hot here and my egg production goes way down. Give them some more time I bet they will start laying soon.

If they are panting they are too hot .. Try misting them,a few times a day or feeding them frozen fruits and veggies .. Saw someone make a chicken Air Conditioner with frozen water bottles or Icepacks inside a tall trash can on its side... Sounds like they are just too hot ..
