We have 7 hens, all have been productive. 3 of them were introduced into the flock this past July. We figured there needed to be some adjustment time as they got used to each other. My husband brought in a tractor to do some landscaping and even moved the coop. There has been no disturbance since the middle of August. We are lucky to get 1 egg a day now. They are not molting, have not molted yet this year. No sign of molt even beginning, at all, at any time this year.
Any suggestions?

Well, it's natural for hens to stop producing, especially during the fall/winter. It's mainly because they are renewing themselves for breeding in the spring. Sometimes, if the hens are old enough, they won't molt at all or they will just lose some feathers. That's normal too.

Good luck!
