If you haven't already, try putting a golf ball or a plastic white egg. This will encourage your hens to lay their eggs there.

They have fake eggs/golf balls in the boxes. It's only two pullets the others r using the nesting boxes. It's frustrating that only two haven't figured it out.

You could try putting a bit a meal worms in there. (Or another sort of treat.)

Have you ever seen piranhas in a feeding frenzy? That's what happens when my girls see meal worms! They recognize the bag I use from 50' away.

An update: so far no more eggs in the run. My Welsummer is still laying in the poop tray, BUT I have seen her 2x in the cat litter nesting box. I've found one egg in it so far, so I'm hoping to start laying there more frequently. I moved it from the run to the coop.
