Hens or Roos?? 6 weeks old

I have 4 chicks that are 6 weeks old. There are 2 black and white Javas a black one and a red one. What do you think? Hens or Roos?

#3 is definitely a cockerel. I'm on the fence about #2. #1 and #4 are pullets.
