hens or Roos?

i bought these two golden sexlinks from my local feed store and I thought they were hens but someone said to me the little one is a roo. If anyone is any good at telling sex at a month old I’d greatly appreciate your opinion.

If they were roosters they would be mostly white. They are pullets.
