hens picking on one hens' neck

i noticed that one of our hens where out and she had a lot of feathers missing out of her neck and when we put her back in the pen the other hens attack her. there is only 1 small bloody spot but the rest is bare. would blue coat work for this??

Yes it should help deter the pecking......you might want to look her over for mites or lice, just as a precaution.
