hens quit laying....HELP!!!

Ok so my hens havent laid but one egg for two days now!!! I was outside and kinda seen that one of the roosters is constantly chasing them. As soon as one gets in the nest box he will come up to them and they go running they and this makes him chase them more! What do I do? Should I seperate him from the rest? Is it time he becomes chicken soup? Help!!

Well, I wouldn't tolerate a rooster who chased my girls out of the nest boxes.
