Hens sound like they're being raped!

HI Guys,

This is the first time I have a rooster. My poor hens sound like they are being raped when the rooster gets on top of them... Is this normal??

my hens and roosters are all 12 weeks old.

That's very young mine have only started trying to mate at 5 months
I'd separate them if it was me,

Probably because they are :/ I got rid of my rooster. Chickens were so happy they started laying the next day

That's good my roos are going at the weekend
Think its kinder to the hens unless they start fighting and need a roo
You could always find a nicer older one less hormonal!

Pretty much normal, roosters mature a little faster then the hens... Probably best to separate him for awhile until the hens come of age...
