Hens stopped laying

Again, issues with my aunts hens. All but three stopped laying, they’re all 2 N. weather or lice, the only ones that appear even a little sick are the ones that are still laying, any ideas?

It’s still pretty light there, I forgot to mention that there have been raccoons around often even during the day and occasionally coyotes so they haven’t been able to free range

It’s still pretty light there,

I'm assuming that she also lives in Alaska,
but even at lower latitudes the days are shortening exponentially and that's what triggers cessation of lay and molting.
