Hens won't eat new food

I recently bought a dozen fertile eggs from a neighbor lady who runs a small "store" out of their home. The eggs hatched well - 8 out of 12.

However, when I was there, she talked me into buying feed from her. I bought a 50 pound bag of non-GMO feed from her. My hens were used to eating Organic, but the price was so high I thought I'd give it a try.

The pellet is larger than what they're used to.

Well, they won't TOUCH it!
I'm so worried.
My RIR hen actually looks like she's losing weight.
I've tried supplementing with anything I have around the house, oats, corn, and I've tried soaking the feed.
But neither hen will eat it.

The mama hen is in a different pen eating chick mash, so she's ok.
But I'm worried about the other two.

Do you think if I just put that feed and nothing else, they'll eventually eat it?
Or will they starve themselves?

Help?

Get a small bag of what they're used to and mix it in, mostly the old stuff. They'll eat it all and realize the new stuff is not so bad.
