Her eggs won’t harden??

My girls (road island reds) are just a year old coming into their 2 laying although they never stopped in the winter! But I have one miss that just just can’t get her eggs to harden so of course it’s eaten everyday if I don’t catch it in time! I have no idea who it is and am not sure how to figure it out! Ideas?

What do you feed?
Do you provide oyster shell free choice?

Check her for lice/mites, get a fecal float to check for worms.
How long has she been laying soft shelled eggs - always or is this new? Notice any stress/is she being picked on?
