I am new to chickensWhat herbs should I be planting in my garden for the chickens? I like the idea of using them in the coop and feeding them. What would be a good reference for herbs? Maybe a book or website? I try to get as many ideas here as I can but things are kind of scattered about.

I suggest you ask the chickens what kind of herbs they'd like to have.

or you could so a search...advanced search>titles only> herbs for chickens

Thanks for not cluttering my mind with too many details. I have done the search on here.

I don't know if there are any herbs that chickens particularly like, but they love the brassicas. Kale, broccoli, beets, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, bok choy. You can feed them the leftovers leaves after harvesting and processing, or plant extra kale for them, which is one of their favorites.

Pinterst has a really good site just type in Herbs for chickens very good information there
