Here is my coop (run not done yet)

Here is the coop that we have been working on for some time. It is 8x8, with 8' high sloping down to 6'.

We just cemented the posts in and will finish the run today.

Looks great! I really like it.
One suggestion for your gate that I'd make is that you put in one more post. Put it out from the pop door in line with the second post from your own entrance door. That way you can walk into your coop without walking in poo on the ground at your grassy entry way, and to open/close pop door you can just open the gate and reach in without having to go in the run/pen. You could even put a small door inside the gate door from which to easily reach the pop door.

That's what I'm doing to the coop/run that I'm building now, and my wife's glad to know that she won't have to change shoes every morning/evening to open/close the pop door.
