Ok 1st baby hatched at 10.52 pm and it wasn’t the first external one either, it has some yellow sack connected I’m thinking yolk? It’s very active I hope it will jumpstart my others

Will it hurt my other eggs that have not pipped yet with it being running around on them?

The yellow could be the little bit of waste material that usually stays in the egg, but sometimes stays attached to the chick. It should come off on its own.

It's up to you whether you leave it in the incubator or not. I don't think it will hurt the other eggs and should encourage them to get a move on. But if they take too long (48 hours +) you may have to whip it out so it can get eating and drinking.
