Any input on the breed / sex of this bantam chick? My guess is Silver Sebright pullet, but interested in what you all have to say about it too. Thanks!

Update on my bantam! I'm pretty sure it's a rooster. It's been making a squeaky crow that none of my other chickens are making, and it seems to think it rules the roost! Therefore, it has gotten itself the name Lord Farquaad. What do you all think? (Sorry about the cage in front of him).
