i don't live in the city of N.S. but herd on the news that some one had like 3 chickens but they can not be in the city. Will you can have horses can be in the city but chickens cant what's up with that it makes me so mad i can do this

Laws at times make no sense at all. Just like where I live, we can have ducks, just no chickens, what????
