The flavor is only dependent on what the hen eats, not her breed.

She's probably just going out and eating more greens, bugs, seeds, etc than the other hens.

its hard to say, the one that gets most of the gardening bugs is charcoal cos she come running when they are all called over when someone finds snails or slaters so i dunno whats up with that
