heritage barred rocks?

Whare can I get high quality heritage barred rocks? Seguin, texas

Green fire farms seems like the only thing I can think of at the moment. I don't know anyone that has any... april howington did... but can't seem to hetvahold of her anymore...

Plymouth Rocks are among the most common breeds and the barred variety, especially so. I realize you are asking about heritage but most of what Greenfire sells are very rare breeds. Very few of their birds are of common breeds.
Missouri has an annually published Poulty Yearbook with every breeder and hatchery in the state that is NPIP. Texas likely does something similar. That is where a lot of serious breeders can be found, just because if they ship birds or eggs, they have to be NPIP certified.
Other than that, I would try the Plymouth Rock breeders club.
