Heritage meat chickens

Are there any breeders with heritage birds that are focused on meat qualities rather than show bird type

Any particular breeds you are interested in?

Cornish (not Cornish x), comes to mind. Also, Black Jersey Giant since it was bred to be a large and meaty bird. Learn to caponize, and you’ll get a ginormous, meaty bird, particularly from a Black Jersey Giant.
