I wouldn't say they were "heritage"; the hatcheries way to infer they are standard bred. I would say they are truthful in stating they are same body type as their other Rhode Island Red offering but darker plumage.

So it's a hatchery quality Rhode Island Red with darker plumage. They are calling it "Heritage".
