I have 2 chicks 2months and 3 weeks old, when do they start to lay??

Have you seen the "Heritage Rhode Island Red Site" thread? It is pretty long, but you could go to the last post, and ask this question. I have learned a bunch on there, especially where to find quality chicks and hatching eggs? Mine are 9 weeks old.

Still new to the site and threads am trying to get some answers on Buff Orpingtons and HRIR's and when they start to lay my buffs are 3mo. and 1week and the Reds are 2mo and 3weeks do you know about when they will start to lay? If so Thank YOU.
