Hey Cynthia, How is that Barred Rock/Sliver Laced Wyandotte looking?

Were you right? Was it a SL Wyandotte/BR baby? How does he/she look now? Just Curious.

Well, Adam, it's still not looking like a pure BR to me. Jaynie said the minute she saw it she thought, SLW! I need better pics, but here are some. In that last one, it's looking right at the camera-see how white it is? Its twice as light as the other BR cockerels in the brooder. I'll try to get pics in actual sunlight today if I can. It'd have to be from my single combed Wyandotte, Lorelei, to have a single comb, I would think, if it is indeed a cross. Lexie has never produced a baby that looked like this.
