Hey Dipsey, Here's my two babies!

Just want to post pics of my first incubator babies. Had some issues with humidity during the last 3 days, but did have 3 make it and are doing great!

The first two are from Dipsey--boy they are strong little boogers but they didn't like getting their picture taken!

Crusty

This last one came from Pidgey--She was hatched last and I think my other two kept her going!

Goldie

They are still have bad hair issues, but they are cleaning themselves and doing all the other chickie things. I'm a very proud mama!

Dipsey's may be frizzles, but I haven't a clue on the colors--
and no idea on Goldie!

Yay! I have 8 of Dipsy's babies that are the same age! We will have to compare pictures of them as they grow

!

I had them out in the sunshine yesterday for a little bit and my 7 week old D'Uccles decided to come up and see what I had. One of Dipsy's babies decided he was the ambassador for the Cochin crew and ran right up to them. Those poor D'uccles didn't know what to think and ran off. It was funny seeing a chick no bigger than my thumb run off a whole flock of chickens...

She has great eggs and great babies!

They are really tough little chickies to have survived this newbies first attempt!
