Im from cape cod ma, I have had chickens for over a year now. I have stalked this site many times to find answers to my many questions but I decided it was time to make a profile!
I have a very mixed flock of 13 laying hens. Last week I had 18 before a fox decided to go on a neck snapping spree. My poor girls. 3 silkies, a RI red and my best layer, a BC Marans named sister. RIP girls. That was my first and hopefully last predator attack.
I am currently nursing a sick andalusian back to health. Not sure whats wrong but ill leave that for a different thread.
Anyway I totally love my chickens, and cant wait to start sharing them with you all and swapping knowledge and ideas.
