Just wanted to drop in and say hey to everyone, im new to the world of chickens!! I have just got myself 4 beautiful point of lay ladies, this weekend, they are loving my big back garden and enjoying all the bugs and worms! they have laid 3 eggs today, so looking like they are very happy with me and my family!

Any good advice for a newbie would be welcome and also any good suppliers in the Southampton/hedge end/botley area!

Glad you could join the flock! Your ladies look like they are really enjoying themselves there! I too started my chicken adventures with warrens just like yours. They were excellent egg layers, friendly and super gardeners. Certainly drop by the learning centre that TwoCrows left for you so many great articles in there on all aspects of chicken keeping.
