Hi I joined last week and just found this thread
My name is Rhonda. I live about 5 miles from the Ohio boarder. My husband Mark and I are expecting our first chicks the week on June 8th. I'm so excited about getting them. We are getting 15 Ameraucanas.
I used to breed quaker parrots and cockatiels so I have a little bird knowledge. I have 3 quakers and a african grey and a dog whos a shih-tuz/chihuahua.
Mark and his buddies and going to fix up the old shed and the back of the garage which will give me two coops one small and a large one. I'll post pics when they get it done.
I'm looking forward to getting to know ya'll.
