I am starting over from scratch after not having had chickens for a year due to a move. We just finished the chicken house and run and have aquired 16, 1-2 year old Aracauna hens! I'm so excited to have my chickens again, especially since I work from home now and truly enjoy my morning coffee with the "girls". We just named our coop today - the "Morning Roost".

I too work from home and love it! Nothing makes you forget the troubles of the day more quickly than walking out the door and seeing the happy girls waiting for their treat and telling you what their day was like

I'm here to say I'm glad to be returning to the forum after being gone for about a year myself... busy at work, I have kept my chickens, added more, and we had 6 chicks born ON LOCATION!!!
