As for what breed your chicks are, usually it's easier to tell when they are a few weeks old and have feathers growing well on their wings. As for integrating chicks to a coop with adults, there are a few ideas, but probably the most popular is those that have floor level brooders in their chicken coops so they all see each other, but the adults can't beat up on the little ones.

Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to just put them together until they are the same size unless you are set up for it with lots of room and places for the little ones to hide. Here's a good post by @DobieLover explaining what I mean.
