New question: How old do you guys think she is? she's starting to get a little dewlap.

Okay, I posted a while back about my 2 bunnies. Wasn't sure what breed they were so i eventually decided that it didn't really matter!
...until now anyway...

I brought my girl in to trim her nails and though GEEZE, you got way huge! She must be at least 2lbs heavier now than when i got her.

(i don't have a good scale)She weighed about 5-6lbs when i got her and we (seller & me) guessed them at about 4 months old. Ive had them for about a month now and she's nearly doubled in length and gotten a lot bulkier. She's around 14" long just sitting there, not even stretched out.

This is great for a meat bunny but i am just PRAYING she's not a Giant or something.

ETA: She's apparently not pregnant, thankfully.

She's a real sweetie too. She sets for me to brush her and doesn't really squirm when i pick her up. id love to keep her but if she's a giant..im not sure i can afford all the feed, lol.

Def. not a rex. she has the regular soft bunny fur.

She's not a giant, so no worries.

She looks like a rex X New Zealand cross.
They average out to about 10 pounds.

I'm thinking Rhinelander or Rhinelander mix. Rhinelanders can get around 10 pounds. If it's a mix breed then it would depend on what it's mixed with.

New Zealand was my next guess, i just wasn't sure how big they get. She looks so small in the pictures but i will try to get some better ones soon. maybe with the boy too. He's identical to her.

Newzealand mixed something or other. hard telling without knowing what the parents were. They grow to about 12 pounds. I wouldn't worry too much if she gets big like that.

Marked up like my English Spot, but as big as my Chinchillas....maybe a mix of those? How long have you had her?

Here's my English Spot Cookie. They have some resemblances, and the Spots get to around 6 pounds. I'd say she may be that mixed with another breed.
