Hi!!! My name is Cheryl. I have had a flock for a few years now, but just started incubating eggs this year I have been using all suggestions I searched from this site,so decided to make myself an account . I have a few Isa Browns, I'm pretty sure my rooster is a RIR and just got a few silkie chicks about 6 weeks ago. I just had 2 eggs hatch about a week ago today also. I am also now incibincub some eggs that I bought off of a friend so if you have any tips on incubating please send them my way!!

There are quite a few good articles here about incubator builds.

I highly recommend getting a working thermostat and calibrating a few humidity gauges and thermometers.
