Hey y'all, just thought I'd check in. Lord willing, I'm about to close on my mini-farm (3.5 acres, TWO barns!) and am getting excited to have a (very!) small flock of chickens. I'm a newbie to raising them & doing anything other than having one ole rooster free-ranging around, but I'm hoping to get into showing them, since I'm out of the horse business and need a new hobby. I'm sure I'll have all kinds of dumb questions as time passes but meanwhile I'm surfing the forums, learning tons & having fun! Glad to be here!
