So I've been a member for a while now but never got around to introducing myself. Ok then, I love chickens,quail,ducks,turkeys,geese,and pretty much all birds and reptiles as well as mammals.so I guess the only things I don't like are flys,fleas,ticks,and hornets. For animals I have one bearded dragon,one golden Greek tortoise, and three chickens. So hi there!
 
Hiyas! Welcome to BYC! Hanathehappyhen! My name is missy and I live in central illinois along with my husband of 30 years, a beagle, six lovely hens, and a huge garden full of veggies! I love my birds! Feeders for Hummers, Finch, and many diff song birds at my house. My hens are my babes tho! Two buff orps. Two barred rock, two red new Hampshire. I've learned alot of great info here in a short time. One of my orpington hens is suffering from sour crop. I've learned just today what steps I need to take right here in BYC! :frow

Chickens and Ducks will gooble up flys if they see them. I don't think any of the birds are interested in wasps or fleas.

Haha my New Hampshire is just awful about ticks. She gets them all over so sometimes I have to get them off.
