Hi,
I live in TX and we moved out to the country this past summer. My daughter and I wanted chickens, so we built a room in our barn. We have 4 Americanas and 2 Silkies. They are still young and not laying yet. I am trying to decide if I want to put a hole in the side of my barn and build a door or build a coop away from the barn. Each time I have had a question google led me to BYC with lots of great info, so I decided to join.

I am really excited to be apart of this community. Thanks!
