I always find my way here to answer my many questions. I never join forums. In fact, I think this is the first forum I have EVER joined! Isn't that weird? Anyway, I signed on to ask a question of my own. Thank you for accepting me and my little quail ********.

Welcome to BYC! Please make yourself at home and we are here to help.

Glad you decided to join! How egg-citing that BYC is your FIRST forum to join!

I LOVE your avatar! What a cute puppy....in a hole! LOL Good luck with your quail. Definitely feel free to check out our quail section. https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/48/quail

Welcome to Backyard chickens - I was at the International Kennel Club show in Chicago many years ago, when Vizslas were first permitted to be shown. In fact they were benched next to my cockers. They were lovely and friendly.

Looks like you planted puppy seed in a hole - and lookit - a puppy grew!! Do you have the quail to train your dogs on?

CERTIFIED ASSISTANT QUAIL FARMERS

Our V Cinnamon had a beautiful litter of 8. A few days before they went to new homes, they had dug a hole inside the outdoor pen. I dug a hole on the other side to make it look like they tunneled an escape. I took a photo of each one before taking them inside. I miss those little monsters! I started with Coturnix Quail to get them birdy. We love the eggs and we sell the birds. Cinnamon loves when we need to thin out the roosters. I'll toss one out and she will grab it and prance around the property with it.
