We got it as rescue she had bump on neck
After antibiotics the bump change color of skin from red to white but the spot is with out feathers

Definitely gold lacing. There's a few breeds that have that pattern and even sometimes mixes can look like a purebred parent (I have a half blue-laced Red Wyandotte that looks like the spitting image of one, despite the hen absolutely not being a Wyandotte at all.)

You can look up leg colors, beak colors, comb shapes and that can help you narrow things down.

I can tell you definitively it is NOT a Sicilian Buttercup ;)

Can I ask you if you don't have experience with huge red swallow on neck ,after antibiotics is smaller but still bump on neck and no feathers on the spot

There's some really good helpers in the ER Forum, so I would see if you can get some more pictures of it and post there. They will give you the best advice! I hope it's all good for her!
