G’Day from down under Victoria :frow Welcome!

Jojo is adorable! Sorry to hear about your fowl pox issues :(

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

You might want to also Find Your State Thread and pop in and say hello.

Personally, I have found the Topic of the Week articles a great resource and a one stop shop for questions which may have already been discussed within the BYC membership group.

If you would like to share more pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)

Hmm, what do I have and how many. Well, I have 2 silkies, 4 showgirls, 4 cochins, 7 cream legbars, 1 silver laced waynadotte, 2 delawares, 2 olive eggers, and 6 mixed. I think, maybe. So maybe 28? But I need to get rid of about 7 or 8 roos.

Hi Victoria and welcome to BYC. Sadly, as you probably know by now, there's little one can do about fowlpox, but as long as it's dry fowl pox, then adding mulit-vitamins to their drinking water can help build their immune system and deal with the virus as well as possible

Hello there and welcome to BYC! :frow

Aww... Jojo is adorable! :love I am sorry you have illness in your flock. I have had my share is issues as well. Tough to deal with sometimes.

Good luck with your flock and welcome to ours! :)

Welcome to BYC, and sorry that you are again dealing with fowl pox. There are many good articles with info about it. You can start a new thread on the emergency form.
