I'm 30 and from Grand Isle, LA. Married with 1- 5 year old little girl, and recently re-discovered my love of raising chickens! I grew up with them but after a 20 year hiatus, I've decided to start raising chickens again. They are now 21 weeks old and doing great! I have 34 of them, some breeds including, cochins, polish, Rosecomb, hamburgs, egyptian fayoumi, delawares, white leghorns, BO hen, golden comet hens, phoenix hens, wyandotte hen, Lakenvelder roo.
I am excited now that they are very close to laying! I can't wait to get that first egg!!
