Hi everyone

I actually know about broaders and have 2 of them.. I also have a temporary in my basement..made out of a fish tank..it has worked for me in the past.. I'm just not sure about aclementingthem to outside temps..at this time of year..

Once they start to feather, around 4-6 weeks, you can start letting them out a bit.... every day a little longer, until they are ready to go into their coop.

:welcome:celebrate
The only thing that has me worried is it's about to get cold here in Wisconsin..and I'm afraid it'll get to cold outside for the lil keets..we r in the low 50 already at night and it's only going to get colder..

Welcome to BYC! I'm terribly sorry for your loss. You will definitely need to provide them heat and feed. Other than that, I'm not sure what else you'll need for their cars as I've never had guineas. I'm sure there are more knowledgeable people on here to help you though.

Coons are awfully clever and if it ever encountered a trap before, it will be shy of any more attempts to trap. Maybe you could set out some bait - chicken remnants from dinner etc. and wait up for him and shoot him.
No worries We have a nice stinky gormet delight buffet planned for him .
