I'm Anisa, and I am a new-hatched member of BYC! (SO excited) Here are some answered BYC intro questions:
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I first got chickens around July this year, but I was fascinated by them long before. I am a CRAZY person about chickens, and when I got some, I was SO happy!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Well, I have five fully grown hens, and four mischievous two-week old chicks. One is currently hatching and I might be asking some questions on what to do!
(3) What breeds do you have?
All of my hens and chicks are Shavers.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I was frantically scrolling through search results on Google for what to do while a chick hatches, and I found this super helpful site!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love to draw, paint, and tend to all of my chickens and kittens!
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am a student, and I am located in New Zealand!
