Hi everyone

Have been looking on this forum for that past 4 weeks as we have just hatched our first lot of baby chickens! Out of 6 eggs, we have had 5 hatch perfectly well! (thanks to all the help here).

We just started keeping chickens about a month ago, we have 4 pullets outside and they have just started laying! They are silver high line (pic below).

Our new babies are silky's (pic below) they have just gone into the brooder today!

My husband and i also own a 1 year old pug, a 6 month old lab and 5 maine coon cats! busy, busy house, most of the time!
