Hi everyone

They have not been sat on for more than two days, they sometimes spend a night and hhe following day on for a week. The eggs were laid and is 3 weeks now. One hens still laying for sure I saw her today in the nest.
Ok, I would say they're not good for incubating just because the hens have been sitting on them so sporadically, and also because they're a little too old even if they hadn't been sat on.

Your best bet is to take all of the eggs from your nesting boxes and let your hens lay fresh ones before you start using the incubator. 🙂

Hiya, and welcome to BYC! :frow

Hearing you struggle to have a broody hen is refreshing to me, as I struggle to not have broody hens.

I incubate a ton and like to experiment for instance how long can they be in the refrigerator and still hatch. I'd consider setting yours, too, just to see. But first, the embryos are probably dead in them already, and if not, they could be compromised, meaning, you could have defective chicks hatch. I would start with fresh eggs to incubate for healthier chicks.

You could scramble those eggs up for the chickens.

By the way, I didn't hear you mention it, but you do have a rooster, right? Not insulting you here, but you'd be surprised how many people don't know it takes a rooster to make chicks. :)
