BYC was extremely helpful to me as I was preparing to own chickens, so I decided to become a member. I was very entertained by so many posts I was reading as I was researching. What a great group! We just re-vamped a chicken coop that was given to us, and we have 3 RIR, 3 NH red, 3 silver laced wyandottes, and 4 barred rocks.

Chickens are soooo great, aren't they! I just like to sit outside and watch mine while they run around in the backyard. They're so entertaining and really help a person relax.
