Hello to all the BYC members out there. I'm a newbie to chickens and join the site a couple of days ago. I have joined the
chicken-aholic community because of my son. He will be working with poultry for his 4-H project next year. I have spent countless hours researching chickens to find the perfect breed for him, and I have to say I am more excited than him to be receiving our first chicks, which will be arriving in October.
I have been on this site several times finding information and even hatching eggs. This community looks like a great group and I look forward to spending more time learning and "meeting" the other members.
