Hello all,

I'm Jennifer, I've been reading BYC for quite some time. My husband and I recently bought our home east of Cleveland TX and today is the big day for us. Keith (my husband) is on his way home with our 6 chicks. We are getting Black Sex Linked girls, mostly because that's what the feed store had available :D.

I really enjoy reading BYC and appreciate the wealth of information available here.

I will try not to be too much of a pest ;D

Any advice for a chicken newbie is appreciated!

Thanks for the warm welcome! Already loving our little girls. They are so hilarious, last night a mosquito hawk got into their brooder and when it would fly close to them they would peep in panic and run away! We stayed up way too late just watching them
