I have just started to attempt to hatch some Chinese painted quail eggs I have read various things about humidity I live in uk and have seen lots of different variations as to humidity some so no humidity is required but others say you do any help appreciated thanks

As I have said I have read conflicting stories on humidity so dnt know what to do some say zero humidity until few days before hatch and others say you need humidity I don't want to fail on my first attempt lol

What is the best thing to stand eggs in pointy end down to settle before putting in incubator
