I am Maria from Alturas in Polk County. My hubby recently made me a really nice hen house so I got the following:

1 Barred Rock
1 Jersey Giant
1 Misc hen
3 Silkies

I really enjoy watching them and they have just started to produce eggs (well, some of them)

We live 5 miles, from you.

We pass through Alturas, at least 3 times a week. (mostly on our way to the Circle Bar J Feed Store, for more chicken/horse feed)
You have to love, Lee's Country Store. LOL
