New to this Chicken thing, got me some chicken coop plans 'cos the wife keeps asking for chickens, but the build not going so well so far cos I've not got much time.

One thing's for certain though, backyard chickens seem very addictive. I've even decided to write a blog about it too - fun and games.

What kind of chickens? a very good question! I'm doing some research now (should be in bed) but not sure yet. Which ever hens make the best fried eggs!
