Welcome to BYC. You could post on the Illinois state thread. I don't know if there is a separate one for Chicago. Just put state name in search box above and it will pop up.
You could also try "Chicago land chicken fanciers." I know there is some Chicago club but, the name fails me. They also organize coop tours. If nothing shows up, just try google.
