Hi from Dixie County, Fl

I've been coming to this site for a long time now... at least 3 years.... I just moved to Dixie County, Fl from the Eastern Shore of Virginia.... where I had to leave me chickens .. they were adopted by some friends on the shore....

But now I have my coop built... and my 8 new chicks were hatched today ... and are being shipped from Tex...... I should receive them Wed....

I was so used to having my chickens and all the fun that goes with them I thought I would go crazy without them.... I could hear a rooster crowing somewhere to the south of me.. and another to the north of me... but now I'm ready...
